Return and Refund Policy

Returns will be honored for 7 days after receipt of package for damage to the baits as long as you have contacted us inside that 7 days. For reshoots please send an email to paynefish@gmail.com with the subject line: RESHOOT REQUEST. 

A reshoot of the damaged baits will happen and be sent to the customer within 30 days. Additional information such as pictures may be required to process a return. No returns will be honored for baits that have been fished. Only damaged baits will be included in the reshoot. 

Upon inspection of pictures and information a reshoot may be denied. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for delivered baits.
